Who is taking all the parking spots?
These folks have a very valid point.

However, ever notice how a number of the newer malls have so many handicapped parking spots that a great many are empty even on the busiest days? Why can’t they utilize some of these for pregnant women? It’s not that difficult. Just redesignate one space every other parking row.
